Description
Plantacia is an e-commerce site for local plant store with full shop functionality.
– It considers over 4500 products with variations, cart, checkout pages, service pages, portfolios, and some additional pages.
– All products have different pictures for different variations.
– There is a large infrastructure for importing products (it happens every week) – prices, stock status, photos, and taxonomies.
– The design was made by us from the scratch. We used the Flatsome theme with its UX builder.
– This site has been working for over 3 years and generating all income for this business.
– Conversion rate is above 5% usually, having high periods of 15-25% in special periods (women’s day, mother’s day, New year eve)
We implemented the process of updating the catalogue details (availability, prices, etc), which fixed out the key problem of the plants market in the city. This problem sound like this: how to know if the particular plant is available or not and how it exactly looks like. We set up all needed plugins to make decision easy. Now it is the only shop in the city, which has real status and actual price.
All products have different colors, sizes, and other attributes. Every attribute has a unique picture. So, users can choose a product swatch between different variations, and see actual photos of them.
Every product page has tabs with relevant useful information: how to take care of the particular plant, and delivery details. It is customizable on the group level, i.e. any tab can be applied to several products with one click.
Online chat is integrated into all pages of the website, which makes communications with us easy for customers. It has automatic and manual operating modes.
Every lead acquired by the website creates a new Lead in a CRM system automatically by executing the inner script. UTM tags and all the necessary info is carried on that info transfer. The operator can also manage online customers by watching what are they doing at the moment and offering relevant items to consider.
